The bathroom is spacious, clean, and the perfect place to unwind. It features a shower/tub combination and storage space underneath the sink. there are also two closets in this bathroom, so make yourself at home!
the second bedroom offers a queen sized bed in a wooden bed frame, a tV, and a closet. Enjoy the natural light from the two large windows and the beautiful wood flooring. The third bedroom offers the same amenities, but has a soft yellow accent wall that lightens the space.

if you have little ones we offer a baby bundle: pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (if applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.

if the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500
late checkout:
please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
if you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
